Orders & Pricing

Prices, sizes, and what's in stock can shift. We reserve the right to bounce or cancel any order — fraud, scalpers running game, bots, whatever. If we cancel, your money goes right back, no drama.

Returns & Exchanges

14 days from when you got it. Full-price joints can refund, Sale Items are Exchange or Store Credit only. We say this everywhere, foo's — Item Page, Returns page, here. Read it once and we good. Full breakdown on the Returns page.

Use of the Site — Drip Too Hard

Everything on secondlayer.us — the images, the lookbooks, the words, the product designs, the patterns, the whole vibe — belongs to SECOND/LAYER Inc. Don't lift our stuff and repost it like it's yours. Don't rip off our designs. We see it, we WILL come for it. Want to feature us in something? Email press@secondlayer.us and we probably gonna say yes — just ask.

What We Don't Tolerate

Be cool to our squad. We don't tolerate disrespect on email, DMs, or in person. If you abusing the team, we'll kindly ask you to purchase elsewhere. Permanently.

Governing Law

This site and these terms run under California law, USA. Anything serious goes through LA County. Boring legal stuff but it gotta be said.
