Fully constructed waistband with hook and eye closure. Zip fly, deep side pockets, welted back pockets with horn button closure.  Hidden check woven virgen wool.  Made in Italy. Flat Front Baggy/Relaxed straight leg fit.  Wear a size up for a low hip slung extra relaxed look or your true size and wear them at the waist for a relaxed straight fit. Model is 5'11 and wears a Sz. 46. Dry clean and keep crispy.  If your really down then get them creased.  If you're really really down, then do the crease yourself while listening to Ralfi Pagan.
